Qualcomm's acquisition of intc's CPU design business means that Qualcomm will become the absolute leader in mobile CPU and computer CPU. Intc will become a 100% chip manufacturing outsourcing company (similar to Taiwan Semiconductor's business). This way, intc's previous competitors can unreservedly let intc manufacture chips, which also aligns with the USA's semiconductor global strategy's greatest interest.
