The Chinese stock market is falling after Tuesday's opening

$Hang Seng Index(800000.HK$ fell by 1.1%, $BABA-SW(09988.HK$ , which soared 4.7% yesterday, opened 0.1% higher at $76.65 this morning, and $TENCENT(00700.HK$ sagged 0.8% at $355.4.

Merchants were reportedly displeased with the new penalty rules of Temu, a subsidiary of Pinduoduo $PDD Holdings(PDD.US$ . $MEITUAN-W(03690.HK$ lifted 0.2% at $108.6. $XIAOMI-W(01810.HK$ and $JD-SW(09618.HK$ dropped 0.7%. $BIDU-SW(09888.HK$ , $KUAISHOU-W(01024.HK$ and $BILIBILI-W(09626.HK$ added 0.5%-0.8%.
