The debate between pursuing capital gains and focusing on high dividend yield?

I prefer capital gain as I am investing in the US stock, incase you don't know dividend are tax 30%!

but all my tech stock are giving dividends nowadays so I have to adjust to it accordingly!

my strategy is continue to reinvest my dividend and continue to snowball it for the long term!

on moo moo I have turn on the drip and it will reinvest my dividend for me!

continue to dca and invest! snowball and compound!
