181084098 : Special dividend details
The special dividend estimated at $1.03 per common share of graphite will be paid in cash to registered shareholders as of 2024/3/18. The payment date has been set for 2024/3/21, subject to adjustments described in the merger agreement.
The dividend cap is $60 million and depends on whether the merger has completed successfully while awaiting approval at Graphite's special shareholders' meeting scheduled for March 14, 2024.
