Le Wu Qiong is a Portfolio Manager from China Universal Asset Management (CUAM) and has been managing 18 Funds with the AUM of RMB 16.9 billion (approx. USD 2.3 billion) - a diverse portfolio of ETFs, through exercising strategic acumen, implementing innovative investment strategies and rigorous risk management to deliver robust performance.

Victor Chong is a relationship manager at Moomoo in Singapore, focusing on high net worth and institutional clients. He develops global market's philosophy and ideas, leveraging data analytics to enhance investment strategies and risk management. Previously, Victor held roles at Deutsche Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, DBS Private Banking, and UBS AG, where he managed high net worth clients' portfolios, and facilitated large-scale deals. He holds a BSc in Banking and Finance from the University of London and is pursuing an MSc in Finance Analytics from King’s College London.

Olivia Higgins is the Lead Presenter/Host and official Moderator at Moomoo Singapore. As a TV news journalist with a research background in academia, Olivia analyses key finance topics with industry experts to inform and engage viewers in making better financial decisions. She is the host of moomoosg’s events, global live webinar shows, Investing Explained and Playing with FIRE - interviews with key industry experts who analyse what’s hot right now in the investment world - having recently worked in New York for 2024 live content. She also runs her personal show, The Futurist, where she geeks out on all topics related to technology, gaming and robotics.

As our moderator, Olivia invites you to join in the discussion as she guides you towards top questions and analysis with our experts. She’s an advocate for Women in STEM and empowering youths with financial literacy during her representation as Miss Singapore for 2023 and Miss Universe finalist. She’s an alumni of the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) Singapore, Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and also studied at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and the University of Sydney. Olivia is fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
