The lights are on, the party is over

The lights are on, the party is over
i held 100% position for the trump trade, i lost, and i took the L, wake up and return to the fundamentals.
this is not the next GME, because retailers are against each other, so as the institutionals.
open up your eyes and think to yourself, which company has ever, recovered from a north of 50% loss from its peak, within the matter of days?
companies may have lost this much within the timeframe, which is still laughably common but the contrary? is the contrary.
now i know there will be people calling me the shorty or the weak hand but quit being delusional,  its about time to wake up and realise that this is not coming back, you’ve made a shit decision gambling this and go back into discovery for other worthy stocks be it your long term investments or your buy in sell out trades.
For the majority of us, try to defend yourself when I accuse you of knowing that this was a gamble all along, then watch how you will choke with words or fabricate lies.
if you are seeing this, I hope that you’re either you’re in a short position, or that you take the L, pack up then leave.
If you firmly believe in the future of the stock, pack up and leave too— come back in a month, or a year, like the other long term investors and watch this stock possibly recover.
For the others, holding onto grudges and emotions, try to remember: the stock market never allows for emotions, emotions never wins and the only time emotion does anything positive, is when you use it, not when it uses you.
Im here with reflection because this is my first trade, or to be frank — my first gamble in the stock market, which I paid the tuition fees for, bought the popcorns for and walked out with actual benefits (the experience and knowledge) — which I hopefully carry with me for the rest of my life and the trading journey I will embark on.
Sincerely. x
good luck to everyone 🚀

  • RicardoBasilio : Well done bro

  • bic mutney : buy back lower must revenge

  • JianHoung OP bic mutney : And you’ll effectively be in a deeper hole as a short term investor, possibly break even in the medium term and god knows what in the long term, of which none seems favourable when you can possibly be making 3%-5% DoD or even WoW if you trade the right stocks, which allows you to easily recover from this in no time

  • SilverSparkle : Be strong.

  • DJ MOOSE GETS FUNKY : Definitely way better than Gme ! We got Elon

  • AC常规操作 : Most people who buy this stock are essentially gambling, no need to get too caught up, if you lose, just let it go...there are still plenty of opportunities, keep it up 👏

  • OiCmonLa : I went through the same process. But what do u see that I don’t in this company? Do ppl actually use its services? There are no fundamental

  • JianHoung OP OiCmonLa : Remember one key point i mentioned: this is a gamble to begin with, and it was a meme. and what i basically thought was that because the failed shooting which shot prices up, was a sign that a widespread sentiment of strength and confidence could push this up, which it did.
likewise with the win, i thought that sentiment would push this up again, stronger this time because now it would affect not just america but the globe, possibly shooting this to a higher high.

I told my friend that this was going to be a sentiment play, and i would have had to ditch this within the first hour of. But i did not follow my own game plan myself because of greed, because it didnt high the high i wanted it to hit, at 85 pre election, 185 after the consolidated win.
Truth is, if i stuck to one golden rule: to ditch it upon consecutive market open after consolidation of win, i wouldve still walked away with profits, but greed got into me and the moment i saw it boom to 55 the split second the market opened, i doubled down, Averaging my cost up to 44/45 ( it was at 35 )

Going back to the fundamentals, yes the company has no fundamentals hence why it was going to be a sentiment play.

  • JianHoung OP JianHoung OP : To add to the dude above talking about GME and elon, here’s what i have to say: no it is not going to be better than gme and you don’t have elon.

With GME, the sentiment was maintained because of how widely known GME was relating to its glorious past, which acted as a seed to the play. Secondly, the news reporting which effectively marketed the stunt and gotten more retails coming into the scene was what was watering this seed through its growth, of which in contrast, there is nothing about DJT here, no glorious past, no nothing, no basis, nor was there widespread interest (correct me if im wrong im not from usa haha)

Furthermore, elon is not touching this stock for 1 simple reason: conflict of interest. The moment elon touches this thing, it will effectively take a share of twitter’s market share over to a new platform, which if you ask me, sounds like a donation which nobody will make.

Yes elon is supportive, but for the reasons of TSLA, his rockets and that’s it. He may be writing millions in donation but twitter’s market share is not one or two million.

  • OiCmonLa JianHoung OP : U and I both. greed got the best of us. Lesson learnt
