70054665OP Cash man dan: When did shareholders vote on this reverse split? The company bylaws say a majority of shareholders have to vote on and approve a reverse split, and the last time that happened was April 2023.
Double_Bottom Cash man dan: yeah....that could be it, who would buy 0.75 stocks for the value of 0.15. but the presplit price should be 0.25 which lead to 1-3, this would provide plenty of flexibility in the future. 1-5 is just too tight

AddiBee0925 : Sunshine Biopharma is trading at .63 and they just complete tons of funding at 14.00 a share. You could beg the same question, why would an organization pay 14.00 when it could be obtained at sub 1 dollar. but it happened. the only difference with this is that was fundraising this is gifting to employees. the better way to evaluate I feel is why would a company gift employees shares at .75 and obtain that price by a RS, only to have the price be attacked again immediately and deplete those gifted shares value abruptly. That theory doesn't make much sense to me js.
