The Nikkei Average fell to 38,749 yen 25 yen in the Tokyo stock market in the morning, 173 yen 78 yen depreciation compared to the previous business day. While the three major indices were mixed in the US stock market the day before and lacked a clue, profit-taking sales strengthened in response to stock appreciation up until the day before.
Even after the Nikkei Average depreciated by 220 yen, the decline widened to 38,591 yen 79 yen, which temporarily depreciated 331 yen. The Nikkei Average had risen by over 800 yen due to 2 consecutive increases until the day before, and profit-taking sales became dominant.
