The old saying is "Buy low, sell high", what stock or industry is "low" right now that you feel is undervalued and is the time to buy?

We all know Warren Buffet only buys undervalued companies, or ones that are discounted. He likes big names too, so they need little marketing money as well. Think of names like Bank of America, Amex, and CocaCola.
So what stock or industry do you think is "low" at the moment and is a time to buy to get the deal?
