$Alibaba(BABA.US$ The pullback has finally come to an end, and the volume has increased at least twice as much as the average daily volume. There is a shift from a net outflow of capital to a net inflow. Next week, it is likely that the offensive will continue to rise, reversing losses and returning to the 100-week EMA of 85 and the 120-week EMA of 88.

If this position falls below 79, it should drop quickly. If you go too long, the US and Pakistan can indeed have an operation to increase positions at 79.6

ShyFish_ Kind Pumpkin : China has restrictions for outflow of RMB out of China. With this in mind, one can guess why BABA has resorted to borrowing USD offshore to do buy backs. One big take away from this, regulatory risks forever high for Chinese names. What you see as cash in their balance sheet, if mainly in RMB, good to discount their cash and equivalent, as there is a risk they cannot be deployed without regulatory approval.
