The reason $Tesla (TSLA.US)$ hasn’t done well under the Biden Presidency has nothing to do with Biden. It’s because TSLA cut EV prices and got zero volume growth in return, which caused TSLA earnings to be cut in half (see chart below). Absent Biden’s $7,500 EV credit, TSLA would have done even worse.
