The sale of shares in CRKN
Based on my understanding:
1) Someone who held at least 300M of CRKN shares wanted to sell them.
2) This is NOT stock dilution, unlike how $AMC Entertainment (AMC.US)$ and $GameStop (GME.US)$ had recently done
3) CRKN already sold to them about $13.67M of shares (that they wanted to sell now of 300M shares) but CRKN may optionally still sell the remaining of about $36M (Total $50M) worth of shares to them
Am I missing anything out on why it is 7 cents and not 17 cents or more?
