JC88 : Rise only 22%? Institution cannot buy penny stocks lower than 5 bucks, but we will be looking to start from 5+ onward. As long it can stay 5 or above the big boys can come in. There is also another possibility that they may do heavy shorts. Nonetheless corporates done through DD before making their move and I am pretty sure they know what will happen next.
