The yen exchange rate is rising as expectations grow for the Federal Reserve to cut interest rates.

In the Tokyo foreign exchange market on the 28th, there was a movement to sell the dollar and buy the yen on the view that the Federal Reserve Board (FRB) of the United States may cut interest rates at its December meeting, resulting in an increase in the yen exchange rate compared to the 27th.
