$Golden Heaven (GDHG.US)$ These assholes have just issued an S-8 and a notice of 144 sale that will basically cause a complete dilution of almost double. The free float which was very manageable is now double. So I'm sure it will go ballistic ( that's sarcasm if not recognized.) on top of that the company or its IR team does not respond to shareholder questions sent to them. I'm hoping for a bounce back to .40 just to get rid of my shares at a loss. They just don't give a crap, on-top of that the NASDAQ compliance issue will come up soon, probably lead to reverse split. can't wait to see the filings where they have to report on the buy back, which I still doubt happened.
