$Hawaiian Electric Industries(HE.US$ well the stock is up against all odds because the stock market is sometimes unpredictable and shorting is always a risky move . according to reports the company is pushing back on the wildfire allegations. . Keep in mind that lawsuits are tedious and long . i still think its going down on the long run .
