This app will screw you. I have had an account for over 3 years and always had my margins met. All of the Sudden, out of nowhere, for absolutely no reason, they sent me an email saying I was too "high risk" and must close out my account in 30 days. I have 150 shares of AQST that I bought when it was $1.xx per share. Under two bucks. I've held them for over a year. Now AQST is trading at over $4.20 a share and if I would have sold when they wanted me to, I would've gotten 3.25 or so per share. They will give NO EXPLANATION as to what changed, even though I have not made a trade for about two months. AQST IS about to skyrocket and I had to sell off my shares because of being high risk for no apparent reason. I am totally pissed and tried to redeem my points I accrued over 3 years for cash cards. I received no cash cards, but a message saying if they don't give me the cash cards, they will refund my points. So what, I can get a stupid stuffed toy with their logo on it? This brokerage is a joke and I'm going to let everyone know that they will screw you over. I planned on keeping that AQST for another couple of years, but thet decided to part ways and said the decision idms final WITHOUT so much as an explanation as to what I did all of the Sudden to change me to being high risk. My app say I'm safe and margins are covered, so I demanded an explanation, but all they will say is that I'm high risk! I'm going to have to take a loss on other assets just to get rid of them before my 30 days is up. TOTAL BULLSHIT and if I was any of you, I'd change brokerage as fast as you can because if they did it to me for no reason, they'll do it to you, and I've been an account holder for Over 3 Years.
