this is a smart CEO advising it's shareholders to move stock into a cash account which is a type 1 account not a type 2 which is a margin account. to opt out of lending is also smart because it prohibits the ability to borrow your stock for short sellers. this is the type of CEO that you want because not only are they concerned about the business execution but they're also concerned about maintaining shareholder value so they have a strategy in place it is a factual one what they're saying and more CEOs of small cap companies should understand how the market works
