lol. if I knew when I started, that suntec is bought/flipped by short term "investors" I wouldn't have touched it. it's reit manager is one of the worst. didn't manage the interest rate hikes properly and ended up with lousy dividend that even wiped out capital distributions. I bought at 1.3+ and DCA till 1.2 and gave up. sold a big position to cut loss and invest elsewhere . only stupid reit that made me lose money.
