but let's face it at the core of intel lies a very incompetent management team that let go of their market dominance to both $Advanced Micro Devices(AMD.US$ and $NVIDIA(NVDA.US$
i don't have faith in the long term prospects of Intel to be very honest. they're still playing catch up in terms of their AI accelerator chips to both AMD and NVDA, and they still need a lot of time to build their new foundries and get the production going.
still a long way to go before any of that translates into potential earnings and their inept management will probably fuck it up along the way
the only reason intel stands a chance is due to the chip act and massive subsidies by the US govt.
do you really want to bet on a company that can't fend for itself and needs subsidies to survive... ?
