Jaguar8 OP 小强不死 : It is offering shares or securities which dilutes the stock and they do this to raise funds. But they withdrew it which means they are confident they don’t need additional dilutive funds

小强不死 Jaguar8 OP : I can understand that stocks may dilute, so there may be a temporary decline, but it will bounce back higher later because shareholders have confidence in the stocks.

Jaguar8 OP 小强不死 : Yes but what I’m saying is the immediate effect on the stock not the medium or long term because I know how offering works. It still immediately dilutes the value of the stock

Jaguar8 OP 小强不死 : No they withdrew the offering which means they don’t see the need to raise funds thru dilutive offering. So either they are getting an investor or they already have bought funds for their project
