71875031 : The possibility exists that ownership of the company changing to majority holder PRC based (however so slight) could adversely affect US fund portfolio categorization and investment.
Will have to wait and see on that.

For shares/cost that TZE initially negotiated they could get at 75% of 10 day's VWAP, they now could probably become 100% owner of the company.
This is not in the spirit of the 6k, but begs the question of a takeover.
$5 / share would be a steal.
