This Thai boss not a very intelligent man, he don't seems to understand delisting Fraser Property will benefit them since they already owned almost 87% of the shares

With Frasers Property being listed, the boss will need to payout dividend to shareholders every year and the company will also need to pay listing fees every year to SGX, the company will incur manpower costs to hire some staffs to manage their communication with SGX as the company are require to submit report or update their business plans since they are a listed company.

With only 421.77 millions free floating shares as shown by moomoo, Frasers Property will only need to purchase around 17 millions shares in the open market to force Frasers Property into losing the free float of 10% and this company can automatically go into delist mode on SGX.

Due to TCC Assets Limited being the major shareholders of Frasers Property, whenever TCC Assets Limited purchase any amount of shares from the open market, they will need to update their shareholdings to SGX as the rule set. This might cause an effect of people not willing to sell their Frasers Property shares at the price of 0.92 anymore as there is a chance for Frasers Property to lose their free float of 10% once Frasers Property are able to accumulate another 4% of shares from the open market, so it is highly possible the share price of Frasers Property will rise.

If the Frasers Property shares did not rise with the scenario I described above, it is good for Frasers Property too as they can start to accumulate towards the 4% free float to force this company into delisting mode.

But I can tell you, those so called management elites sitting at the Ivory Tower hired by Frasers Property are the truly dumb group who does not have any idea on how to grow the company stock price in a stock market. Maybe they would rather Frasers Property stay listed forever so they can still get their fat paycheck every month plus their fat bonus yearly without the need to do much work in the company. Everyday just go to their desk sitting and staring at their PC doing nonsense stuff and just wait for 5pm off work to go party at clarke quay every night. LOL
