Thomson Medical Group launches and prices $45 mil worth of notes
The notes have an aggregate principal amount of 5.50% due 2026, and 5.25% due 2027.
Thomson Medical Group has launched and priced $45 million worth of notes, a year after it launched $30 million worth of notes.
The notes, named Series 003 Tranche 003 Notes and Series 004 Tranche 002 Notes have an aggregate principal amount of 5.50% due 2026, and 5.25% due 2027.
The notes will be issued by Thomson Medical under the $1 billion multicurrency debt issuance programme which was launched in July.
The previous tranche of $30 million notes will mature on May 31, 2028, and will carry a coupon of 5.5% per annum (p.a.).
United Overseas Bank (UOB) has been appointed as the sole dealer in relation to the notes.
Shares in Thomson Medical Group A50 closed flat at 5 cents on July 15.
