Ping80 : Actually, every stock that has dividends will be discounted.
LoneBone : They are Distributions and slightly different in some technical ways I’m not brained enough to explain but they are worth it. It’s complicated if you want it to be but they pay for themselves in under a year usually and the drop in NAV makes some cry but it’s not worth worrying about.
