Tiger platform has system glitch on Options execution (Margin Error)!

$UP Fintech (TIGR.US)$ Singapore Tiger Broker have serious problem right now and a lot of active users have no choice to leave it due to their (options) system algorithm issue. Someone using Tiger platform to sell covered call options and end up liquidated  5 months ago due to system error and yet still the issues were not fixed until now. There has several bad reviews for their long queue Customer service on the platform compare to other low trading cost platform as well.

To make sure before I post, I already confirmed with their CS today and My $Tesla (TSLA.US)$ TSLA options were also liquidated due to margin error. (They do not calculate option values in accounting for margin)
