If they planned to do it, the moment should be right now, but I think they won’t, as long as there are uncertain economic conditions out there: the war, the FED, the tensions with China and the Chinese economy itself…

If they do it, in between the launch of the new Model 3 (TODAY !) and the Cybertruck, the stock would get very high within the end of the year, though the Q3 earnings won’t be brilliant at all
