$Portage Biotech (PRTG.US)$ Every time they file a prospectus it then proceeds to increase. Last time it went from 3.85 to 23.01. This time if it holds would be from 3.95 to 34.80. At that big of an increase, I will at least buy a few shares to hold this month. Could turn a $400 investment into a $3400 payout. Low volume stock so when volume comes it sends it fast and high.
