Time to shift from cashplus to bond funds?

Well seems like rate cut is nearing the horizon and I have been looking at various bond funds and it seems $LionGlobal Short Duration Bond Fund QDis (18000393.FD)$ have been performing well lately
Time to shift from cashplus to bond funds?
$Fullerton SGD Cash Fund (18000222.FD)$ have did relatively well for past years but it might be time to start shifting more to bond funds! I have already put some cash in bond related funds and they are generating better base returns than cash plus itself
Time to shift from cashplus to bond funds?
Once my 5% yield fund cash coupons have finished running I will probably shift my cash to bond related funds!
