$Ambarella (AMBA.US)$ shares up 20% on strong outlook. Q4 revenue forecast of $76M-$80M beats $69M analyst expectation. Q3 results also surpassed estimates.
$Nutanix (NTNX.US)$ The cloud infrastructure company saw its shares rise 5% after it offered upbeat guidance for the current quarter. Revenue forecast $635M-$645M, above $631M analyst expectation.
$Urban Outfitters (URBN.US)$ Shares jumped 3% following the retailer's better-than-expected third-quarter results. Urban Outfitters reported adjusted earnings of $1.10 per share on $1.36 billion in revenue, above the consensus estimate of 86 cents per share and $1.34 billion in revenue.

$Workday (WDAY.US)$ shares dropped 10% after the HR software firm projected lower-than-expected Q4 subscription revenues and operating margin. The company forecasts $2.025 billion in subscription revenue and a 25% operating margin, falling short of analyst estimates.
$HP Inc (HPQ.US)$ reported mixed earnings Tuesday. The stock fell 8.3% in premarket trading Wednesday. HP's Q4 results: EPS $0.93, meeting estimates and up 3% YoY. $Autodesk (ADSK.US)$ shares down 9% on underwhelming forecast. Q4 EPS guidance $2.10-$2.16 on revenue $1.623B-$1.638B, near analyst expectations. The company also named Janesh Moorjani as chief financial officer, effective Dec. 16.
