Gapping up
US-listed Chinese stocks extend stimulus-fueled surge in the US pre-market trading session, with $Li Auto (LI.US)$ climbing over 9%, $NIO Inc (NIO.US)$ increasing more than 5%, $Alibaba (BABA.US)$ advancing over 4%, and $PDD Holdings (PDD.US)$ gaining over 6%.
$Marathon Oil(Delisted) (MRO.US)$ rose 2.1% and $Occidental Petroleum (OXY.US)$ was up 1.6% as oil prices increased following Iran's attack on Israel.
$Cal-Maine Foods (CALM.US)$ gained 1.1% after the egg producer's fiscal first-quarter earnings and revenue exceeded Wall Street expectations, driven by higher egg prices.
Gapping down
$Humana (HUM.US)$ plunged 21% after the company disclosed in a securities filing that the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services downgraded the quality rating of its largest Medicare Advantage plan.
$Nike (NKE.US)$ fell 7.4% after revealing plans to withdraw its fiscal 2025 guidance and postpone its first investor day in seven years, giving new CEO Elliott Hill time to assess the company's strategies.
$Tesla (TSLA.US)$ was falling 0.4% ahead of the release of the electric-vehicle maker's third-quarter deliveries. Wall Street estimates deliveries of about 462,000 in the period, up roughly 6% from a year earlier.
