$Tonix Pharmaceuticals (TNXP.US)$ on a goof yesterday I bought a 50,000 shares.. at . 436 cents. I'm sitting an after I hit the button I did a little bit of reading you know completely bass ackwards, you're supposed to know what the hell you're buying prior to buying it. when I saw the two reverse splits on the chart I literally was saying I'm getting the fuck out of here as quickly as possible. I made just under a penny per share. and I don't care if it goes to a dollar today because when you have companies that do reverse splits like that especially two inside a very short period it spells disaster for anybody that gets stuck in the stock for any period of time frame

  • Boxman : What do you consider a healthy period in between r/s. ?

  • 10baggerbamm OP Boxman : reverse split... i tend to avoid them... and it's really based off of failure to execute their business plan and that's what has caused the stocks demise over a period of time which is why they had to reverse split it because of a notice of delisting

  • 10baggerbamm OP 10baggerbamm OP : what it comes down to is they have to execute their business plan so whatever product or service they are involved with they have to show they're selling they're making progress they have profits they're paying back debt there's a future and the sad point is most of these stocks that you see up 100 200% on any given day their stock charts look very very similar they start in the upper Northwest hand corner of your screen and like a ski slope they go all the way down to the lower right hand corner of the screen
