$Tonix Pharmaceuticals(TNXP.US$ Sad R/S less than 30 days ago! Opened that morning at 2.50! Yes it’s moving a bit today! But shorts destroy companies! Im not talking retail shorts! Im talking institutional shorts! Lots of decent or could be decent companies are chased into the OTC which for many leads to way harder to raise capital to continue research! Grrrrr! sry. Just thinking outloud. Hehehe

Youngbuffet : shorts destroys companies in America, shorts is the problem of US stocks market and the authority are not ready to do anything about it.
Trytosaveabit OP Youngbuffet : Yup you’re right! Lots of other countries have either put restrictions with severe penalties if those restrictions violated! And some have done away with short selling altogether! But in US even when they do break the minimal restrictions. The penalty is so meager that they just pay the fine and chalk it up to the cost of doing business! I mean if you make 10 million cheating, get caught and pay a 500K fine and go back to trading! Where is the actual deterrent? Cost of doing business! Hehehe
