Too many short positions?

$Tesla(TSLA.US)$ Why is Musk usually bragging to go up 6-8% easily. Yesterday's shareholders' meeting passed, and there was almost no increase 📈. Although I said in advance that I had an absolute vote advantage, the day before yesterday was as high as 7%. So why did it actually pass yesterday and not go up.
