Traditional media is dead, citizen journalism is the future

1) The CEO of media company Axios defended the fading enthusiasm of mainstream media: "Musk, you are talking nonsense! Your Twitter is not a media. Are you users with blue badges who post 300 words casually journalists?"

2) Musk: The media is dead, citizen journalism is the future. The extreme left media has described Trump as worse than Hitler, Mussolini and Stalin, all of whom killed tens of millions. This is ridiculous. That’s why 𝕏 is the future. Citizen journalism is about letting people decide the news and narratives themselves, and it’s real change. Traditional media are controlled by a small number of editors-in-chief, 𝕏 allowing experts and ordinary people to have their voices heard and to correct mistakes.

3) My Take:

As a retail investor, in order to have a balanced view on a stock and the company and DYODD, I read BOTH the traditional media AND citizen journalism like X. Only by comparing, we can objectively tell which report is biased. If you completely deny the citizen journalism, you are like "A frog in the well" (Chinese saying).

My experience with traditional media is they are either slow in reporting and/or publish reports without a reliable source. From now onward, I will share more citizen journalism articles; articles from traditional media are easily found by Google search.
