Transfer position from ibker to moomoo

after several attempts at logging in with my moomoo credentials, my account was locked .
I couldn't reset my login credentials because the front desk had to send my request to the backroom, which took a couple of days.
after a couple of days, I tried logging into my account, and it worked.
thereafter, I was able to transfer my positions from my regular ibkr account to my moomoo account.
