Trump Media CEO to monitor US intelligence agencies - appointed by the next president.

While continuing as CEO, Mr. Nunes appointed to head the President's Intelligence Advisory Board
Former ambassador to Germany, Mr. Grenell, appointed as special presidential envoy for special missions - handling North Korea, etc.
On the 14th, President-elect Trump announced that he would appoint Devin Nunes, CEO of his own social media Truth Social, to oversee U.S. intelligence agencies and advise the president as head of the advisory board.
In a statement, Mr. Trump explained that Mr. Nunes, a former California congressman and chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, continues to lead the Trump Media and Technology Group, which operates Truth Social, while overseeing advisory bodies.
"The effectiveness and appropriateness of the activities by the U.S. intelligence community will provide me with an independent assessment," Mr. Trump commented.
Mr. Nunes' appointment was announced in a post on Truth Social.
Mr. Trump also revealed plans to appoint Rick Grenell, who served as U.S. ambassador to Germany during the first Trump administration, as a special presidential envoy for a specific mission.
According to Mr. Trump, Mr. Grenell will be working in some of the world's most hot spots like Venezuela and North Korea.
