$Super Micro Computer (SMCI.US)$isn’t much loved lately. and rightly so because of the share prices. but do remember, when retailer investors sell hard, big funds and investors will buy at low prices.
There is nothing wrong with this stock. was definitely overvalued when above 1k but this is now below fair value. for those who can manage some patience, pls keep faith. the only direction at the end of all of this is up.

I like SMCI - they’ve come a long way. Their operating costs are a mess but at least they openly recognise it now to try and become more efficient. I still think this level of sell off is unfair and harsh. Surely big investment houses will jump in when the price is cheap enough.

Not financial advice - but I always only suggest buying when stocks start an uptrend/recovery. Don’t jump on a falling knife just because you have FOMO on missing out on a few dollars.
104077437 : Hi what do you think is the fair value of this stock? $550? Thanks
R30R OP : Given their forward guidance, I would say 720 - 750 at this point. One great ER at the next one, and then a potential upgrade.
pootpoot : 450 can consider entering first tranche. -11% for missed of guidance is too little for smci. -30% is right for its volatility.
RiotMaraMan : goodbye smci....tough going.
R30R OP pootpoot : With so much selling pressure there is a chance it could go below 500 for a bit. I wouldn’t hold my breath for 450 though.
R30R OP RiotMaraMan : I know, right? Tough going indeed.

pootpoot R30R OP : not when their cash on hand is getting lesser and lesser with each ER. thats such a huge underlying problem
VJong : Advise to Buy more ?
R30R OP pootpoot : Very true. But therein lies the efficiency issue. Bleeding money on operational costs at this level is insane.
