pootpoot : if u got margin call notification, it might be that the amount of contracts u bought exceeds your captial. if u do not close the position today, u will automatically exercise the call options which i dont recommend u to do if it closes 220 exactly or above today.

DreamyLucid : If you bought this option, you should not be getting a margin call. Since your option value will just go to 0.00. Unless you are on margin for other holdings as well.
Or if you short call at this strike, you have to closely monitor. If Tesla goes above 220, your account will go into a short sell.
