Chip stocks on the rise: Is buying in still a smart move?
Views 1.9M Contents 115

Reduced positions in TSM.

First of all, I want to declare that it's not that I am not bullish. I have been bullish on TSM for a long time, and started aggressively buying since the beginning of the year's financial report, heavily holding positions at 110+ and 120+ levels. Afterwards, it has always been my top holding stock. Now I just feel that it has risen so much, I am content, so I am starting to take profits and reduce positions.
Currently, TSM is no longer the top holding position. $NVIDIA (NVDA.US)$ I have also significantly reduced positions (heavily held before the stock split, cost around 900). I have been adjusting the allocation and switching stocks in recent days, currently mainly holding XLP, XLV, and $Tesla (TSLA.US)$ And $Home Depot (HD.US)$ However, the overall position is much smaller. The stock market has risen so much, the momentum is insufficient, so maybe I should be more conservative. If I miss out on the last bit of gains, it's fine, no big deal.
Increased positions in the bonds account. $Vanguard Long-Term Corporate Bond ETF (VCLT.US)$
