US stocks global contest.
It seems like I managed to stay within the top 50.
I found out about the contest late, but with the hope of meeting Matsushige Yutaka, also known as Goro-chan from 'The Solitary Gourmet', I decided to participate. Due to joining late, I took more risks than usual in real-time trading as an experiment, and tried to increase the short sell ratio with ultra-short-term strategies.
I sometimes fell asleep halfway and ended up carrying over short positions of high volatility stocks, resulting in both huge profits and huge losses, but I am grateful to have somehow survived.
I think there are not many such large-scale contests using actual stock markets, so I hope they continue this project in the future.
Due to the so-called Trump market, it was a tough but enjoyable two weeks. Thank you.
(The award ceremony and seminar? Seems to be held on weekdays during the day, not sure if I can attend, but I want to see Gorochan at a glance).
