Issuing new shares are likely to be dilutive and will impact the DPU and share price. The company must be having low cash balance and that’s why need new money for working capital and investment in growth. The current share price is already expensive, given that semi conductor business is not doing well. Not a good buy now. This is my view. DYODD.
