$Unity Software (U.US)$ I belive short terms it will go down. they proped up the price with new ratings and news to get ppl to buy in order for insiders to sell in to the new buyers. If it wasn't the case, insiders would have sold later for bigger profits. long term, it may go up as it has liquidity above it as well. They could potentially drop it next week to load more before running up higher.

also, for them to time the release of the filings when regular trading is closed and ppl can't get out wasn't cool. Good luck, guys
