Unpaid referral fee from Moo Moo
Have anyone experience any issue with Moo Moo honouring the RM100 referral reward? I only have 3 succesful referral but was only paid for 1.
I checked with Moo Moo customer service and have terrible experience. The first time, the agent closed my chat without helping me and without my consent and said someone else will help me.
The second agent asked for evidence of my referral such as screenshot etc which I provided. They assured me they will respond within 1-3 working days. After few days, they informed me that they need more time to review and will escalate my case to their team manager and would update me within 1-3 working days.
After 3 working days, i followed up as i did not get any response and they informed me the case is still under processing and would get back to me in another 1-3 working days!
At this point I am beyond frustrated as they keep giving me the 1-3 working days to revert but it is already more than 1 week since i submitted all evidences as per their request.
Anyone have any advice to share?
