KB trader : SG real estate market is already steps into a major downturn, just look at the acceptance of lower bids by URA… this trend will continue, launch Px will get lower n lower in lock steps…property stocks price are pricing in this, the physical market will starts to manifest this downturn in 6 to 12 months time. If you are in the market to buy a property, wait till early 2025.. the unwinding is just getting started.

KB trader 102206421 OP : Personal view - Probably 4.70-4.75 is the region she will go for this down move. You probably can Jiak to average down your cost when she hits this level.. u may be able to exit at cost when it bounces off 4.70-4.75.. I am not positive on SG real estate counters in the next 6-12 months, the upcycle maybe in 2026 so 2nd half 2025 may be a better time to pick up property stocks.. now still not the time.
