    some will say that what they just did is not what was expected but I will tell you that there will be another round coming up more than likely sometime mid-november end of November beginning of December once they start they're going to continue it's kind of like the Federal reserve once they start lowering rates it's a trend that continues. once Federal reserve starts increasing rates it's a trend that continues. now that China is stimulating their economy it's going to continue month after month after month

  • OK 哥 : You are right, doing it all at once will definitely lead to the same pattern as before, raising too high at once and then dropping even lower. Currently, the china government does not want to do it this way, preferring a phased approach.
