I'm going to try and get a post out. I'm really uncomfortable and sore, but there are some big moves and big news ahead.

As I said, I'm fresh out of the hospital again. I've been oversleeping and much too tired 😫. I feel guilty for not posting more. I'm far too active in my group and am sure I'm annoying everyone 😂 but enough chatty chat, let's get serious.

A big Employment numbers day and then Powow delivers
JOLTS comes out half an hour after open sandwiched by PMI, and Powell speaks 2 hours before close. These times are Pacific, so for Eastern Standard or market time, add 3 hours.
Here is a simple set up for today.
- IF -
Bulls can not get above 18335, then it is still bearish. 18115 is where a lot of liquidity is, and it is the 100% extension of the corrective wave (meaning, I wouldn't be surprised to see price run there before reversing)
Price remains under 17660 it is bearish
price breaks 17115 (previous low) then more downside to as low as 16000.
1 hr chart
438-440 is the high target zone, IF it can break that, then new highs should be next.
Below 413.07 and 400 is the next likely target
Markets should swing like crazy today.

There is a chance we have major topped, I think we get one more run. but the market does what the market does.
Remember - the news doesn't direct the market, it let's the market do what the market wanted to do all along.

To sum up
it should be a very volatile day, I expect big swings. IF Bulls 🐮 do not sustain a massive day, then more downside is expected. I expect the markets to have one more bullish push, but not until it gets all the downside pressure off. The market right now is adjusting for new rates. This changes the evaluation of ALL companies. That's why the broad selloff outside of weed because weed was just reevaluated as being more available 😉
iam neutral. I own commodities, but I own them cheap and can ride these waves. I'm adding every day to companies I think are in my buy zone, or I want to add. I do buy writes.
if anyone has questions about commodities or any of the companies listed, or maybe you found one not listed and want to know about it, feel free to ask. I've been around the fields for a long time and know about most of the companies (unless they are newer) odds are I know or knew someone in the field 😉

iamiam OP TinkerB3ll : I would rather have the individual companies. MSOS is a Blackrock creation with lots of swaps and derivatives, they even have bonds
its not bad if you hold it. it's just not my thing. too many swaps and derivatives for my liking.
