$Upstart (UPST.US)$The financial report is coming out tomorrow. I don't quite understand: the announcement shows that various executives sold their stocks at the end of October and on November 1st. If they really think the financial report is good, why not wait until the report is released before selling?

November 7th is the financial report. Even if they need money, there is no need to release the financial report quickly when the stock is rising. If internal staff members think the financial report is excellent, then why not sell after the financial report? After all, there is only a difference of a few days in between.
