us office reits. keppelpacific oak， us prime REIT and Manulife office REITs. lower interest rate bring better cap rate and hence higher valuation/lower gearing for the office reits. also lower finance cost will bring better DPU. finally with lower interest rate there will be more opportunities to do capital recycling by disposing and buying properties.
