As it becomes easier and easier to spread ideas the more difficult it becomes to continue the right of free speech. Should people be allowed to put videos up that are clearly wrong and misleading under the guise of free speech? I couldnt imagine using youtube as a basis for my information on stocks. The main problem being that companies now hire a third party investment company in order to give their stock shares to people willing to say whatever it takes on Youtube to get people to buy shares.
So would the taking down of the videos violate free speech? Should misinformation be protected? I mean its protecting people that are taking advantage of people with less expertise and knowledge. Or is it the viewers fault for not doing their DD? Not everyone has the ability to read and understand market metrics but they could always use a financial expert even tho the returns are mediocre.
Now lets see what I'm looking at this week:
$Signing Day Sports (SGN.US)$Filed paperwork for the registration of shares after exercising their warrants at $5.34. This should mean that these shares will now be used to cover their short shares. That would take the price to around $18.50. SGN was only allowing warrants to be exercised at that price until Fridays deadline so this will keep any warrants remaining from being used to pull it back. Signal for more upside is at $4.72 with it starting to hit gaps at $5.07 to $6.28 and then $7.89. Just 3 resistance points to about 80% profit.
$Captivision (CAPT.US)$Waiting on it to fall to .69 before buying for another recovery to $1.64.
$Reborn Coffee (REBN.US)$Still holding this one. Needs to maintain the $1.05 support level in order to breakout to 2.03. If it cant hold it then it will be another month before it can make a move.
$Jet.AI (JTAI.US)$Is at a good price and has pattern peak coming up on December 10. Will look for a dip Monday to buy in and hold until Wednesday to see if it plays out.

Yea that's what I got Friday at 3.88. Since any kind of volume will gap it up quick. I'm leaning toward getting mostly $SOS Ltd (SOS.US)$ on Monday since it didn't pull back on anything bad. And it has made big moves up everyday before falling all the way back down.

I saw a video where someone was explaining penny stocks as being actual stocks for pennies. And that they didn't have to file with the SEC if they didn't want to. I don't think he said anything remotely right in the video and it had hundreds of thousands of views.

A Tesla lover said that traditional media spreads propaganda and social media is about citizen journalism. He claimed that citizen journalism is about letting people decide the news and narratives themselves. Well X is about Musk propaganda and it doesn't verify the news so fake news can be spread.

So should the government stop fake news or is that a free speech right? Or could the government be trusted to only to stop fake news or people being misinformed? I believe it's getting to a point where they will be forced to do something.Because one thing it does is infect AI and confuse its algorithm. But it's a seriously complicated issue to deal with especially when you bring in historical "facts" which have been stated as facts but have very little to no evidence of proving them as factual or true.

You mean like true threats, inciting lawless actions, fighting words, harassment, defamation, disrupting educational settings, or obscenity. It's to keep a balance between liberty and safety. This does make it so the government could stifle legitimate dissent or unconventional viewpoints.
Following the introduction of China's groundbreaking DeepSeek technology, Wall Street giants have revised their investment outlooks for the Chinese market.
Mcsnacks H Tupack OP : Going to add $SOS Ltd (SOS.US)$ since it's found support at 7.13 and will make a run at 56.00 this week.
Lnova : yes, and, always disappointing to see buy alerts sponsored by the stock’s company

Ultratech : free speech doesn't apply between individuals the constitution is based off protection from government censorship.
